Calculating your Erasmus+ grant for staff and teacher mobility is easy if you know the steps. Here is the simple guide helping you to calculate the maximum possible grant you receive for your mobility. The word MAXIMUM is important here, because national agencies determine the exact amount of individual support per country. Below you can therefore calculate approximate grant. For the exact number just start filling in the Erasmus+ application form which has automated financial planning system with all the Erasmus+ financial rules integrated. The elements of the grant: #1: organisational support 350 € per participant. #2: course fee 70 € per participant per day (max 700 € per participant). #3: travel Depends on the travel distance, see page 67 of the Erasmus+ programme guide 2019 and use distance calculator. #4: individual support Accomodation, food, local travel. Depends on the country. Up to the 14th day of the mobility:
Let us see an example: you are a teacher from Gothenburg, Sweden, and you are coming to our Erasmus+ course in Ljubljana for 7 days.
Organisational support: your organisation gets 350 € for administration of your mobility. Course fee: for 7 days course you get 70 € per day, which is 490 € for the whole course. Travel: using distance calculator you can see that the travel distance from Gothenburg to Ljubljana is 1307 km, which means 275 € for travel costs. Individual support: Ljubljana, Slovenia is in the group 3, which means maximum 140 € per day (your national agency determines the exact number). For 7 days course and 2 days travelling you can therefore get maximum 1.260 €. Total maximum sum: 2.375 €. |
